We will carefully review the time of your event and strongly suggest you adhere to the schedule so you may fully enjoy your reception:

State licensing restrictions require that all food and beverage consumed on the premises be supplied by the Comfort Suites or an approved and contracted caterer. The guest is welcome to request an outside vendor, however prior to contracting with the vendor, they must sign a contract with the Comfort Suites and provide any and all documentation required by the hotel.

These same restrictions prohibit us from allowing food and beverage to leave the premises. The management reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption of any guest.

**Non-alcoholic weddings or social events will be charged a mandatory $7.95 per person for an open soda bar. Menu prices are subject to change. All bars must close 30 minutes prior to the close of an event.

If the staff of the Comfort Suites is to provide service of the event, there will be a labor fee of $15.00 per hour per employee required. If the catering services for the event are provided by the Comfort Suites staff, we will assess a 20% service charge on all charges.

The Comfort Suites has the right to oversee and control all catering functions. We will not assume responsibility for any damages to personal articles, merchandise or equipment or loss of gifts left in the facility prior to, during, or after a function. Liability for damages to the premises will be charged accordingly.

In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for any damages done to any part of the hotel premises.

Any guest who appears to be under the age of 30 years will be asked for identification. The host and / or hostess will be advised of any under age liquor consumption by their guests. If this continues the bar will be shut down for all guests for the remainder of the function.

All displays and / or decorations proposed by the guest must be pre-approved in each specific instance. The hotel will not permit affixing of anything to walls, doors, lighting fixtures or ceilings of any rooms with materials other than those supplied by the hotel. The hotel will not be responsible for any articles left after the event. Confetti, rice or birdseed is not allowed. There will be a clean up fee of a $100.00 clean up fee if used.

The Comfort Suites requires a non-refundable deposit upon booking your wedding. A 50% deposit of the estimated guarantee will be due 6 months prior to your wedding date. The remaining balance will be due three days prior to the function by cashier’s check, credit card or money order. Once the contract is signed, you will be held liable to a cancellation charge per terms of the contract should you cancel the event.
